Pretty Fit Exchange Policy Information

Once the order is confirmed and delivered, it cannot be refunded.

If you believe you have received the wrong item or are not satisfied with your purchase for any valid reason, merchandise may be exchanged within 30 days of delivery, provided it meets the following conditions:

• All original tags and packaging must remain intact.
• Items must be unused, unworn, and undamaged.
• The Order ID or proof of purchase must be provided.

Due to the intimate nature of some products, hygiene standards must be maintained. Therefore, certain items cannot be exchanged after use. These may include underwear, bodysuits, lingerie sets, silicone accessories, or other hygiene-sensitive products.

Please inspect your order upon delivery. If an exchange is approved, the customer is responsible for shipping the product back to Pretty Fit. Once we receive and inspect the parcel, a replacement item will be dispatched if available.

If the requested product is unavailable, store credit will be issued after deducting the courier charges. The credit can be used within 3 months on the Pretty Fit website.
